All About The Steve Nash Rookie Card
Weighing under two hundred pounds, at six foot three, steve nash rookie card has become more of a player than in the past. He now has taken a place among other greats, as one of those in the NBA who has made Most Valuable player several times. Only 11 men in the history of the NBA has done this and now he has joined them.
When he first started, everything was a different story for him. Jason Kidd in 1996 was the main star on the team he joined. Only 11 games that he started in, on the first two seasons that he played. This was when he first arrived on the Phoenix Suns from Santa Clara. At this time he was only averaging about 10 points a game and three assists.
Dallas picked him up in 1998 and it is there that he went to all-star status. He returned to the Suns in 2004 when he went to free agent statue. Now the Suns would not want to think of what it would be like to not have him.
In 2004-05 and 2005-06, Steve Nash grabbed hold of the MVP title. A lot of this accounted to the improvement in his game. He became much better at layups and three pointers, which seemed to have a lot to do with Mike D’Antoni.
One of the times he won MVP was in 2004-05 and the other was in 2005-06, while helping the team become one of the best teams in the NBA. Although his scoring in assists and points increased in 2006-07, it appears that the Steve Nash rookie card, continues to not get the recognition deserved.
It remains a mystery of why his card continues to have a value so low. For now however, you can get a great deal on his card and will continue to be able to until they realize all of the great work that he has done.
